Calling to schedule an appointment was a challenge. After installation, I noticed a chip in the glass shower door. Every time I would call, if I was lucky enough to get a hold of someone, they would say “we’ll call you next week.” I called to follow up today, a month later, and no one answered. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this. I would not recommend this company.
If I could give them O stars for horrible service I would. They're quick to take your money and offer no guarantees on their workmanship or products and I got that straight from the arrogant horses's mouth that works there. Instead of trying to resolve the problem or offer a solution he laughs in your face and tells you rhat you can wait all day in the store and they won't refund you. Poor and sloppy workmanship and they make no apologies for their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited almost an hour to get served, and then almost another hour after they took my money. Over 2 months without a call back and had I not called they would have never called me. Avoid at all costs. .VERY UNPROFESSIONAL except for the elderly gentleman who works there. They've been in the same rathole for over 35 years because they don't think they need improvement and cannot handle any constructive criticism.
That's where I get all the glass and Mirrors that we need, good place.
