Vitaland Kids Cafe Alexandria

Amazing! Very clean and a good range of products. The staff make an effort to clean up regularly. Lovely atmosphere Some of the dress up costume are a little used and the food is a bit expensive for what it is.

I’ve visited Vitaland a few times and every single time we come away my child gets sick a day or two after. I put it down to lack of cleanliness, the whole place lacks cleanliness, the balls in the ball pit are sucked and chewed on and have marks on them(I doubt they’re ever cleaned). There was no staff picking up toys (In other cafes I’ve seen staff routinely cleaning toys and putting them back as kids finished playing). Play kitchen area was horrible and messy and nothing left to play with when we arrived. This has the potential to be a really good place to go but the lack of cleanliness is really off putting especially heading into cold and flu season there were so many sick kids, seems like if a kid is rejected from daycare that day parents can take them here, there’s no monitoring at all. Also prams need to be parked out the front of the cafe and cannot be visible to you to keep an eye on. Totally inconvenient and unsafe.

What an awesome place! Sooo many different things for the kids to explore. Suitable for a wide range of ages. Good parent interaction with the kids. Great prices. Very clean and tidy.

Was a fun experience at Vitaland Alexandria. So much to do for the kids (and adults!). Our favourites would be the train ride, magnet fishing area and pretend kitchen. I thought it was thoughtful that they put slippers at the bathroom. And kudos to the staff that worked so hard to keep tidying up the space. I saw how diligent they were in picking stuff up and putting them back to its place.

Every time we come here, my daughter just can’t wait to play and run directly to Vitaland! Always have lots of fun here, and also a perfect party place. Staffs are really nice, helpful and friendly, coffee is good, yummy pasta and crispy nuggets&chips. Ten out of ten, best place to free your hands and enjoy your kids!
