I had my vehicle hit by one of their insurers -- the process was smooth -- except when I got my rental car -- I had to pay for insurance on the rental car -- so basically this process has cost me money out of my pocket when it wasn't even my fault!!! Upon the processor and appraiser telling me that I would have everything taken care of this was a little minor detail they neglected to inform me of -- they have a service agreement with Enterprise Rental -- would have been nice to know up front!!! So a great QA for Farm Bureau to take care of!
