Checked in for 5 pedicures as they say it was a 30 minute wait it now became a hour with no updates on much longer or no acknowledgment to those that had been waiting , but yet letting others get seated as they quickly walked in … this is completely unacceptable! Leaving disappointed A family adventure became just an irrational situation !!

This was my first time coming back to this place since it first opened its doors. I never came back cause they are just super busy that your wait time is long and when it is finally your turn, your service/s are rushed. This time is wasn't bad as I went early, 30 minutes after they opened. But I do feel like the lady doing my shellac color could've done my daughter's toe nail color as soon as she finished with me instead of helping someone else who had just walked in. So for that I removed a star or else I would've given them 3 stars. This is an alright place, you just have to go early to avoid the rush so you! don't get rushed.

Will not be back, was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten, he was in a rush the whole time cut my toes nails so short and did not shape them and the paint is terrible. I took my 3 year old to get her nails and toes done for the first time also, and it was a horrible experience, he caked her nail polish on so thick it wouldn’t dry than blamed her for it peeling. I asked to repaint them and he continued to argue saying it needed 15-20 mins to dry, (he painted them before he started my pedicure goes to show how long my pedicure was if hadn’t been 15-20 mins) he also asked how I’d be paying before he finished my pedicure. Absolutely terrible.

I am not impressed at all. Everyone was super nice when I first got there. I told them my daughter and I wanted dip nails AND a manicure. I was seated with my nail tech And I explained to her that I wanted a dip nail set. My nails are very thin and tear so I asked for tips to be put on. When cutting down the tips she cut my thumb so short she cut the whole tip off and just said “oh, it will just be short”. People stated coming in and she started to rush. She asked me to wash my hands and when I came back she was asking for payment. I politely reminded her about my manicure which she said I didn’t need.I insisted that I wanted a manicure she sat me down and just cut my cuticles dry. She acted like it was such an inconvenience. I asked her to clean up under my nails where my skin was stuck to the nails and she made me bleed on 2 nails. I was over it by that point. I went and sat with my daughter while they were finishing up her nails. She was unhappy. She asked for a design which she told her she couldn’t do. Another lady came over and just drew 2 lines which was not what she asked for. They didn’t have the color to match the dip she got. Her lady at least soaked her fingers and gave her a manicure. Felt very rushed and when I brought up “extra” that I wanted done it was a huge inconvenience and did a half job just to move me along. I’m a paying customer. If I ask for something I expect to get it. I will pay AND. be a very generous tipper if you just give me the time and attention while I am there.

If you are going for a pedicure it is a nice place but do not I REPEAT DO NOT GO for acrilic nails. Not only are the nails crooked but they also talk bad about the clientele while they're doing the nails. I wanted a simple color and line design on one finger, but after ripping off my old set without soaking them and not even drying the first coat before they started to layer on the second and clear coat I was in shock...By far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This happened less than 2 hours ago.. beware and save yourself I have to find someone to fix these today!!!
