I had an excellent consultation with Dr Fadi, who is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in breathing optimization and airway obstruction. As a recreational athlete, this is especially important, as performance is influenced not only during exercise but, even more critically, during sleep and recovery. Understanding how to optimize breathing patterns and maintain healthy CO₂ levels was incredibly insightful. I’m looking forward to tracking the results and sharing my progress soon.
