Charges way too high for their services which is not even upto the mark. Edit: Thank you for your response. But before you personally attack a customer, please get your facts correct. I have visited your parlour thrice; the second time your female staff wasn't available so I didn't get anything done. In my first visit, I clearly remember asking the rate for threading and you quoted 150! It was when I mentioned that other parlours in the area was charging lesser that you agreed to offer your service at Rs. 100. There was no mention of a "limited period offer" or "introductory price offer" as claimed by you. In my last visit, I was genuinely unhappy with the service as the attendant had messed up the thickness of my eyebrows. I had also mentioned it to her at the time. Also, I visited the salon with the impression that your rate stands at 100 and not 150. As a customer, I felt the rate was not justified and I only exercised my right to express my displeasure by putting out a review. Now I know that "luxury" brands like yours is free to charge whatever you like, so good for you. And, my partner who got a haircut from the salon never "literally praised" your service so stop blowing your own trumpet and say whatever you feel like. As a business person, try taking negative reviews in your stride as well instead of outrightly attacking a customer with half-baked facts. I wish you all the best for your business.

I got my keratin done from here, it was really a new experience for me, my hairs felt pampered. The team actually gives good counselling and hears out. The Veron Welkin team is really professional and spread good vibes.
