Verizon Katie is the absolute best “cell phone girl” on the planet. She manages both of our accounts for us; personal and business related. We are actually getting more bang for our buck. We have more devices and services than ever, and our bill actually went down in cost. Katie even brought my home internet box to me at work!!! She is always available…….. Solomon is a good friend of mine, but I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and professional he was. I went in to upgrade my plan, and left with a new phone that I love and so much more, all for a great price. We were in and out quick, and I felt like more than a customer or another number. Went in with all sorts of requests (new line, new phone, changing payment method, etc). Chris was so helpful and patient with us. He worked through all of the various issues and problems (didn't know an acct #, forgot PIN, and on and on) with extraordinary patience. He accomplished everything and did it all with such good grace. Very happy with the service!
