Very professional and got the help that I needed in a very timely manner. Had great experience with customer service when I went in (Leah Burtt). The employees seem very competent and well aware of the type of service customers are looking for, as well as, facilitating the whole process with getting phone issues resolved.

visited this store today to see about my bill. The young man who helped me was extremely helpful. Ended up not only changing my bill for the better, but got a new phone also! Always had the best customer service at this location. Thank you!

Leah and Matt always provide the best customer service! Both are professional and friendly. They always assist with all of our issues. I live on the north side but will always only go to this Verizon store. They are a great team!!
