Lack of professionalism and empathy. The manicure and pedicure services are impeccable, but the empathy with the client from the salon manager is zero. In critical situations, you can't rely on support. The flow of clients (the salon is located in a row of offices) takes precedence over the seniority of the clients. Loyalty in question! Too bad!

The salon is clean, tidy, I don't know how the other services are, but I don't recommend the gel manicure. At an above average price of 200 RON, the manicurist doesn't know how to use the stencil technique, construction, etc. Nails built without shape, wide and extremely thick. Otherwise, nice and kind!

It was a lovely experience. Professional service for great prices. I got my nails done multiple times and Alina got every model right☺️☺️ Very friendly staff🥰 the place is nicely and practical designed and gives a cosy feeling.
