I've thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. I've been here almost exactly a year and honestly no complaints. The heat is really well managed in the winter, the common space is always very clean, noise isolation is decent for an older building, and I love the area. Our building manager Tim is a really good guy; personable, professional, and really efficient. Always seems happy to help and is a pleasure to deal with. It's refreshing in this city to live somewhere where the property manager seems genuinely invested in, and passionate about, his work.
