Just visited the store and I wanted to say every time I’m there’s a treat me first class! I had an exchange a month ago no questions asked. And they’re very knowledgeable about their product. Thank you vapor lock. I just wanted to say, and I’m 54 years that i’ve worked retail previously for about 15 years as a store manager for a grocery chain . I know what customer services and when you’re giving it . I received the best customer service in my life at Vaploc on 9/23 . I went in there angry and wanted to return my mod and just be done with Vaploc. The employee made what was wrong from another employee right for me. He went above and beyond, and I felt was very genuine. You have a customer for life!

Best Vape shop we've been to in the year and a half we've been traveling the country. Dalton is super friendly, very helpful and is a wealth of knowledge. Going to have to stock up here before we leave Utah for sure and his taste in music is pretty rad as well 🤙🏻
