Lauren Kenyon was so Professional and made me feel right at home the major problem was I was told I was ready to move in went to my apartment and I was so disappointed the room was Filthy and smelled nasty and bathtub full of dog hair the refrigerator was so disgusting the patio with dog poop I as so disappointed I hope y’all make it right because I have little grandkids that will be coming over to visit me just want to know who check the room and said it was ready cause it was never ready so I ask or request the room be Sanitize and get the nasty smell out please make it look new like the first apartment I saw when I applied the ac filter never been change vents dirty ceiling fans dirty so I’m begging to make me feel I made the right choice of making paragon my new home

This place is bad in everything, first the loud pool parties the cheap quality build walls are so thin you will hear everything from your neighbours from all directions they charge for trash vault but they don’t pick up whenever they should, if your sink drain line is closed they don’t consider this as an emergency they put it on the schedule so you end up doing it yourself, they never change A/c filters, gates are wide open with no working cameras, the old management they had a law man coming in and out I use to see him, we felt safe back then not anymore, I went to the office to explain what happened the best they could do to me is to release me from the lease, very bad place. I also looked through other reviews they all talk about the same subject, also noticed that they only respond to the 5 stars reviews only. Yes this is my truck they broke into it and took everything they could, what a shame!!!!

My friend window to his truck got broken by someone in the property yesterday. the people who’s working in the office were not helpful even though my friend had a police report they refuse to help him. Cheapest construction,you can hear everything people are doing at 3rd floor. EVERYTHING,trust me! Rent is expensive and we’re facing lot problems with maintenance.Trash everywhere around buildings,fitness center dirty,our pool looks like public pool,no residents are using our utilities,and I’m very disappointed with new management! We moved to Vantage 14 months ago and is crazy to see how things changed. Disappointed!

It is no longer a safe place to live. Our front gates have been open for more than two weeks and a lot of cars had their windows smashed and things have been stolen. Many people who’s are not residents are using our pool and having parties with loud music. They don't pick up trash from our apartments like they used to.About our office?Their only concern is to collect the rent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! (Window was broken today)
