From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms comfortable, and the living space cozy. The location was perfect, and in the heart of O-A-K C-L-I-F-F. I had the pleasure of working with Alex AKA Rafael, a leasing agent at Vance . Rafael is an absolute professional and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our rental needs are met. He has an intimate knowledge of the rental market and of Oakcliff he always provides sound advice on the best course of action for me.nRafael is also extremely friendly and personable, making the rental process stress-free and smooth. I highly recommend Rafael at Vance at Bishop Union for anyone looking for an efficient and reliable leasing agent and a pretty apartment complex . I came to the Vance wanting to find a place to settle down. After days and hours spent visiting apartments, sitting in cold leasing offices with agents who would barely give me the time of day, I finally found the Vance. Alex welcomed me with a warm smile the second I walked in the door. He helpful, informative and easy to follow. 10/10 recommend working with Alex.

The leasing agent, Alex, is literally the absolute BEST! Right from the first introduction to the end of the tour, Alex was just tremendous. He was insanely educated about the property, the area of Oak Cliff and just overall respectful and very attentive from beginning to end. Vance’s whole team made my moving process seamless and stress free. I could type a whole novel about the team, but Google’s character said no, just overall the best apartment hunting experience I have had thus far. Keep doing what you’re doing!

The property is beautiful and the management is outstanding! They went out of their way to make me feel at home and welcome. They are a very pet friendly community, which was a huge plus. I had originally thought I would rent at another property, but immediately changed my mind once I learned about Bishop Union and met Alex and the property manager, Collin. They were great and I am looking forward to my move in! UPDATE: I have now moved in and the community is better than I thought. Maintenance is very responsive and the property is kept as clean as possible. The property staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make life easy. The property manager, Colin, is especially helpful and you can tell his genuine upbeat and helpful attitude trickles down to his team. I am so happy I made the decision to move here!

I have lived at this property since it was brand new. It used to be a true community. The upkeep was top notch and the property manager provided amazing service. Things have changed since then. The grounds are disgusting and there is always something going wrong. Rather it’s vehicles getting broken into or elevator’s malfunctioning. There is always something going wrong with little to no communication. Management has got to do a better job with the package room. It took me 20 minutes to find my packages today. Also, it appears someone has stolen items from some of the boxes sitting in the package room. This property is just really going downhill and I have been quiet long enough. For the price point there are much better options in this area. Please spare me on the AI response and just do your job and get this property together.
