Tiffany which is a designer at the Greenwood Location. Tiffany is the bomb.com, I was super frustrated as I was paying on a delivery since I finally paid off my sofa. Got to the customer service desk to make a payment when the sofa was discontinued, this was the second time this happened. So I had to walk through the store to pick out another sofa. I approached Tiffany as I needed help, she understood my frustration, listened to my vision & we started looking at other sofa options. Tiffany helped me & I am greatly appreciative for her patience, understanding, caring & knowledge. Also thank you to Kat (manager) for also understanding the situation & making it all happen.
