Customer service was very good

Jesse Ford went above and beyond to find what we needed. All of the staff were so kind and everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend going to value city furniture for anything that you could possibly need for your house. Plus, everything was sparkly and beautiful and you would think things would be a little higher priced, but everything was completely reasonable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip there. Thank you again!

My review is 4 stars only because your experience at VCF is dependent on who your sales rep is. My first time there the sales rep was wrapped up in himself and conversing with a coworker. I spent hours looking around and when I went to leave he admitted he didn't even realize I was still there. The second time was much better. My sales rep was a young woman, Cheyenne. She was very helpful, informative, and provided amazing customer service. We love our new sectional and swivel chair set! She'll be our go to person for every future purchase 🤗 The only thing I wish is that they offered delivery outside of Louisville area...

My experience today with Value City specially with manager Ashley Hunter & Daniel has been absolutely the best, I can’t express how thankful & blessed I feel. They are great & kind, patient & helped me during my purchase & work with me during the entire time. I will recommend Value City to everyone, the quality of their furniture is amazing, top of the top, and the way that they treat their customers is extremely respectful & always meeting their needs. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to Ashley & Daniel on behalf of my family! I’m grateful to you all. Been furniture shopping for months. Some places are ok, but don’t have what we want. Others places are horrible and still don’t have what we wanted. This location was great from the time we walked in thanks to Daniel. He greeted us at the door (something a lot of these stores don’t do). He asked what we were looking for, proceeded to look up items based on my description, to show. Daniel was genuinely trying to help us. He wasn’t trying to sale us on anything besides what we wanted. He got us a quote together so we could go look at other stores before making an decision. Based on his customer service and the horrible service we received elsewhere we came back and made our purchase. Daniel was really great. Thx for the excellent customer service!!! -Review queen

Everyone we communicated with throughout the delivery process was very friendly and helpful. The delivery guys were super nice and set up everything perfectly. We love the couch too!
