I’ve been purchasing furniture from Derek for well over a decade. He’s a dedicated salesman with the best beard in the store. He always gives me my space so I can roam freely while looking for the right piece of furniture. I love my new bed!

I was very impressed with the low key professional sales approach of Pat Giffin at the Harrisburg store. I never felt pressured or tricked as I do with so many sales people. Pat helped me solve my furniture problem and I hope to go back to work with him again to find other treasures for my new home. I was looking for a reclining sofa and called the store to see if they had the model I was interested in. I was on hold for a long time and finally Pat came on and answered my question about the sofa and said they are still in stock. I decided to drive down and met with Pat to look at other sofas as well. I ended up buying a set that was different than what I had initially thought I was interested in. I was able to work with Pat to decide the best configuration. He is also very patient and worked through the details of how I would set this up in my home. Overall, working with Pat at the Harrisburg store was one of the most enjoyable furniture shopping experiences I can remember.
