Hi my name is Diana I purchased furniture @ VCity in Indy , I had an awesome exp . When it was delivered there were some hiccups with the delivery men from the FT Wayne store but the mgr Jason from Indy store step right in! he got me in contact with the district mgr Sherrie & she was phenomenal just like Jason ! I will say to have the Mgr come to your home with the 2nd delivery was awesome again his name is Anthony, they really seem to care , Now I’m waiting for Anthony & Tom to fulfill & complete their process , so watch the results ! The knowledge and patience of the staff at the Westland location 8300 N. Wayne Road was exceptional. 5 stars are not enough, I would have given them 10+. My salesman was Ozie Casterlow his effort was unbelievable. He tried to jump every hoop he could to get me my dream furniture. He is the type of gentleman that needs to be cloned. I thank Susan for directing me to him after a brief call between her and I. When it was all said and done Ozie, Susan, and Tammy made it happen. My furniture will be delivered around July 28th.

Brandon was very professional. My furniture was canceled for delivery 3 times but he was kind enough to keep me posted. He communicated in a respectful manner and in a way that made me valued as a customer. The delivery drivers were very professional too. Thank Brandon for great customer service.

You might have to work a little to find a sales person when you are here but I think they just get busy so be prepared for that. I worked with Nick T who helped me find the perfect couch. He was very helpful and even reach out after the delivery to make sure it went great. I'm happy with my experience

Kim Hale was our Sales Rep at the Easton Location, we couldn’t have asked for a better match. I’m the type that the minute I feel the slightest bit of pressure or stalking you will not be getting a sale from me; you’ll be lucky to see the back side of me as I exit the store. Kim, gave us space to wander and check out all the beautiful pieces available in the store which ultimately led to us buying what we initially went in looking for (a new Leather Living Room set) plus a Dining Room set. Kim Hale was our sales person. She was there to solve problems. She was our go-to person on every room of our new home. She was good at figuring out what could meet out needs and was good at building authentic rapport. Associate Kim Hale was an awesome help! My youngest son just bought a home & three of us Family members wanted to get him a recliner and two end tables as a housewarming gift. However my son is quite large he is 6 foot six and well over 300 pounds. Kim was great at finding merchandise that would fit his size and also found great end tables that were “manly “ that matched his decor. She has an eye for everybody’s taste.

We had Todd help us with picking out our couch! We had a wild situation where we ordered a couch and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Todd helped us find the perfect couch in stock and was great at making sure we loved what we were paying for. If you go to Easton VCF I recommend finding Todd to help you with all your furniture needs!
