My husband had a very specific idea for the next truck that he wanted to upgrade to. We searched many dealers within 100 miles of where we lived and found the one at Valder’s. I called and spoke with Jeff, from the very first phone call we were very impressed. He was not the “normal” high pressure salesman you normally deal with. He was easy to speak with, answered every single question we had with honesty and we were to able come down and make a deal 24 hours later and I’m so happy we did. I shopped every dealer in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I am so grateful I found Valders. It was effortless to do business with them. I was able to find the right trailer and their prices were better than any of the other dealers I called or went to. They have a huge service department and parts on site.

I had the pleasure of bringing my car to Valder’s Vehicles a couple of weeks ago. I don’t enjoy bringing my car in to be serviced but this was a different experience. I was greeted by Greg the manager with a smile on his face. I waited while my vehicle was being repaired and got to listen and see how the employees greeted and interacted with customers. Outstanding! Each customer was made to feel comfortable and at ease with the work that was completed or would be done on their vehicles and questions customers had were answered in a calm and reassuring matter. I watched customers come in somewhat nervous about getting their vehicle fixed, but watched their shoulders relax when they got the bill or were given an idea of what to expect for work being done. I personally, was checked on several times while I waited. They have great customer service going above and beyond what is expected. I was pleasantly surprised to have my bill to be more than half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. While working on my car, they found and fixed an additional rattle in my door and detailed my car as well. I found this place have exceptional service and am very happy with my experience at Valder’s Vehicles. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Your vehicle will be in good hands and you’ll be treated kindly… almost like family.

Tim & Jordan Valder were super great. I'm an out-of-state buyer and had never purchased a car I hadn't seen before. Tim was super patient with my questions and helped me arrange a local third-party inspection. Jordan took over for payment and helped make sure I had everything I needed to get the car shipped to my home. Just two days after purchasing the truck showed up in my driveway and I loved it. Highly recommend this dealership.
