I recently got my car serviced here and had a great experience The staff was polite and professional and the overall service was smooth and efficient The ambience of the service center was also pleasant Highly satisfied with the service!!
So bad service, no proper guidance, not able to solve customer issue, owner try to pretend knowledge. I have given my car wheel alignment, what they did, they have given my new car local shop for wheel alignment, and destroyed full alignment. And pretend to showing its genuine issue. Worst service.

Great service ,i was pleasantly surprised by the amount of knowledge the staff has, i had this squeaking noise from front suspension of my Hexa - no other Tata dealer could fix the issue but VL motors. Team thoroughly investigated and diagnosed issue. Guy took hardly 10 minutes to fix it which no other Tata service centre could even diagnose it even after multiple visits. Thanks to VL motors for fixing the issue and the kind of professionalism they have shown that nobody else has.
