I would put zero stars, but I'm not sure if zero stars get counted. I'm leaving this review in regards to the laser hair removal service with Utah Cosmetic Surgery. IT IS TERRIBLE!!! Do not use this business for your laser hair removal. They do not know how to use their machine. Your hair will not be removed. This was my first time having laser hair removal so as I got treatments I thought all was going well. I was amazed that I felt nothing while having the treatments done. I thought there would be some discomfort, but it felt like an ultrasound every time. There was no pain. I also had ZERO results. After 20+ treatments I have very little to show for them. I also had to constantly remind them where I was having laser hair removal done. I constantly told them that I felt nothing. That it felt like I was having an ultrasound. A wand moving on my skin with jelly on it. Weeks after weeks when I would say my hair growth was not any different I would be told that I'm getting good treatments. Finally on one of my last treatments the machine was "increased" and I actually think I may have had some results. When I started using Utah Cosmetic Surgery my laser hair removal deal was until my hair was gone. I checked this MANY times with them and then all of sudden this wasn't the case anymore. I was told I could pay maintenance price, but I was no where near being in maintenance. Anyway....super long story, but the gist is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for laser hair removal. They do not know what they doing with the machine, where you are having treatments done, and how much you have been charged or paid.

I am writing this review in hopes that maybe Dr Haupt Will read it because I have a full-time job and I own a business in a household have children and a bunch of other things I do not have time to try to get a hold of somebody to talk about this issue and when I do remember it’s after hours. I have had procedures done by Dr. Haupt, Implants and other services so I went ahead and did the brazilian laser hair removal for almost a year with Tayler when my boyfriend got my daughter and i gift certificates for adding on legs, and arm pits and my daughter brazilian, tummy, arm pits, and legs. My daughter had only been in two times when they got a new laser girl. My daughter went to her appointment and the new girl told her she needed to pay that she wasn’t going to honor Tayler‘s gift certificates. My daughter said that they should call her mom (me) and get it figured out. She then called my daughter again and told me she wasn’t going to do any of our laser treatments until we paid for the service which we already paid for and I don’t know why she’s calling my underage daughter like a Bill Collector. I have tried calling but never get a call back. We have now paid for our services in full which we are being refused treatment because we used gift certificates with the previous girl either way this is all under Utah Cosmetic Surgery so I am very confused about why I would be paying two times for services. very frustrating for a busy woman just trying to fit in some beauty work in her extra time. My daughter has a medical reasons for needing this treatment very frustrated. Danielle

Dr. Haupt did my breast augmentation he did a excellent job. His staff is awesome and friendly. Love the results!!

I have had the best experience with Dr Haupt and his staff. They are all kind and friendly and very efficient. I had booked month in advance and they were very good with keeping my updated and when the day of the surgery came I felt well prepared by them. I will for sure go back to this clinic for my future needs. I also love that the surgical center is right next door to their medical center. The whole experience was top notch.
