Was concerned initially when a worker with one day on the job was working unsupervised. He made the decision not to install the baffles for the soffits because the old insulation was covering the grills. I had to ask the senior person on the crew why that work wasn’t done. He eventually went back up to install them. I had to point out bulging siding and gutter brackets that weren’t reattached. They weren’t happy about pulling their ladders out to properly complete the work. Then my newer dishwasher stopped working after the insulation was done. A crew member came out the following day who knows nothing about dishwashers. Wanted me to pull it out from under the counter to prove it was because of the insulation install. Holes were drilled directly behind it it to inject the foam. They said it’s not our fault but merely a coincidence that it stopped working when the insulation work was performed. I have to pay to fix the dishwasher. I paid cash for the insulation so they are no longer obligated to me for customer service. Also, never received an invoice for the work. Was told maybe it will be emailed to me.

Hired USA to insulate my daughter and son in laws house. Had foam come in one of the vents which they cleaned up. The smell would not go away. They came back out and cleaned it out again. Then after they left there was a coating of gritty dust throughout the house. Always check the filter on the shop vac. Hope this isn't a common problem.

This company did a wonderful job. One of the workers even helped my husband shovel the deep snow. They not only replaced the piece of siding that got chipped but they replaced another piece that had a hole that they did not do. I do believe the insulation is working well.

My whole experience with USA Insulation of SE Michigan was professional and excellent. From the Administration Asst Stephanie and Ashley, Sale person Pat and Selina and her crew that actually did the insulation. Great job every one. It was the best home improvement experience I ever had. I felt like a person not just a client. I’m enjoying my cozy comfortable home wish I would have done this year’s ago.
