The speed at which the job was done. Kept me informed when a piece of siding came off and broke and said USA Insulation will fix it at no charge. Good in the cleanup as well. Overall a very good experience .

Overall, they did a great job- seems thorough. Although we were not told beforehand that we would have a ton of holes/spackle on a bedroom wall. Also , something fell off of a wall shelf and broke from the vibration- it would have been nice to be told to take things down from shelves. The crew also left a tarp and some insulation mess several places. But they were here for 8 full hours and it was very cold that day.

The individuals who came to do the insulation were on time, professional and very informative. I felt very comfortable with them having access throughout my home. I had to also deal with the branch manager regarding something else and she was wonderful to work with.

The team worked great together, worked straight to the end & did not take breaks. That is unheard of. Very courteous, would recommend them to everyone! They also really like their job!!! Good luck to all
