Kaitlin was awesome who assisted my daughter with her experience Kaitlin was very energetic , helpful , supportive and took the stress off the bride If you go request Kaitlin to help you with your bridal needs you won’t be disappointed nothing but amazing!!!!!! If you live in Louisville well worth the drive to e-town.

I had the absolute BEST experience today as USA Bridal! My husband and I were invited to a formal ‘adult prom’ and needed a last minute dress that didn’t need a ton of alterations. We got lucky and hit a great sale, but Ava walked literally every single rack in the store and got every style dress in my size and budget so I had plenty of options. She even went as far as grabbing every style shoe in my size so I could also have those options to match my dress. After having a baby, all mommas know how we can be hard on our bodies and I have the worst time feeing good about what I wear. Ava was so sweet and sincere and honest, she made me feel like a million bucks without spending it! Thankful for her and all the girls in the shop today. Best experience I’ve ever had!!

First off I wanna say my experience here was simply amazing. Not only was I able to get in with an appointment the same day.... I was able to buy my wedding dress as well. I had an amazing woman helping me today and her name was Ava. She was able to keep me in my budget. Not only was she positive and caring... She was uplifting me the entire time. Ladies we all know after having a baby our body goes through changes and you know what....she found the perfect dress for me on my big day. I feel beautiful again😭❤️ Thank you so much Ava.
