Sarah was pretty rude honestly. Not only to us but to coworkers. Found a good dress for a bridesmaid though.

Joy & Grace were phenomenal!!!! The atmosphere was exciting & stress free. Both ladies were so helpful & just amazing! I’ve been to many dress 👗 shops & customer service surpasses any wedding shop store I’ve been to. We left with the dress! She said yes to the dress!!!!

Barbara the accountant was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She called me everything but a liar, even though I provided my bank statement showing proof of the purchase. My daughter lost her dress in a house fire that I have proof of as well. Absolutely disgusted on how I was treated.

Customer service at the Goodlettsville store cannot be topped! My consultant was Bree and saying she went above and beyond is an understatement! Her compassion and dedication cannot be surpassed! She listened to everything I wanted and understood MY vision! Not only did she help me find my DREAM dress, she made me feel as if I was the only person who’s opinion mattered and I had her full attention the entire appointment. She alone outshined all other top notch dress shops that I have visited in Nashville and could not have been happier with times weddings dress! It was an honor to have her as my consultant! 10 out of 10 and highly recommended asking for her by name!

I went dress shopping on 3/19 and with the help of my bridal party and Bree's superb expertise, I found my dream gown and SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!! When it comes to dressing a bride, Bree really listens to what you have to say and guides you towards excellent styles of dresses! In addition to her great personality, she truly knows her craft! The store was clean and tidy. There are also tons of selections available!!! My dress was sent out to be cleaned last Wednesday, and I ALREADY got my dress back. I picked it up today, along with the veil! 👰‍♀️💍

Went wedding dress shopping with one of my best friends and had an amazing experience. The shop itself was beautiful and clean. Bree was simply amazing! I went in looking for a one very specific dress which I fell in love with online. All of my family/bridesmaids live abroad or out of town, so I was alone. My consultant, Bree was so lovely. She was so positive and up beat. I can't say enough good things about her! In fact, all the staff there were great at giving advice and guidance. First class experience! Go here if you want beautiful dresses and truly friendly help!

I found my dress, yes!!! Jess was very helpful as she was handling myself and another customer at the same time. Good job Jess! The dress selection was good. I was able to call for an appointment within 15 minutes which was very helpful. I will say the cleanliness of the store could be better especially the floors. All in all I was super happy I was able to come by in a whim and able to get my dress so a very happy customer.
