I noticed UL @ Ahmedabad ( SG HighWay ) shop while driving , I wanted to buy few furniture items . Although , I have few shortlisted items on UL online. Ms. Neha immediately welcome me , spent time to explain in detail after understanding my needs and quickly I purchased few items with her support ( pricing as well as quick execution ) . Also , she is very quick in responding and follow up. I appreciate her support. Overall good experience with UL.
Great experience..Dhruv's approach to his customers is very professional. He was ready to provide whatever information is sought for but never tried to impose or thrust the choice upon the customers on any excuse like discounts etc. We came to know about the discount of about 50% (on the product we selected) only after finalizing the product. I would greatly recommend the store for any furniture buying.
Talking about the quality, it is really very good. Jayesh Solanki served us with all the possible effort he can, from delivery of the furniture to taking care of installation. Installation team is absolutely stunning in their work and made smooth installation of Furniture. However I am less satisfied with delivery team for not been able to supply as per commitment made for time. Rest everything was good at urban ladder.
Good place to purchase your living room furniture requirements. Only problem is they don't all the available items in display. You will have to choose from the tablet that they show.
Very good store. The store representatives are very helpful in guiding you for choosing the correct product as per your requirements, space and needs. Within few days of placing the order, their very professional installation crew also arrived to install the rack/product I had purchased. Will definitely visit this store again.
