It was sad to hear my Touareg was in need of costly repair. Summer was so kind to fit me with a compatible loaner while repairs were completed. The mechanic texted video clearly explaining everything that need to be done and why. I look forward to working with Summer in the future.

Brought my car in or an oil and coolant leak. Summer, our service advisor, did an excellent job communicating the issue, outlining the specifics of the repair and stayed on hold with our extended warranty provided for two hours to make sure the repairs were covered under warranty.

Summer was so great at helping me out and keeping me informed as to what was going on with my car! I really appreciate her patience and warmth in her communications. After multiple mechanics couldn’t find an issue we finally identified the problem and got it fixed within the same day. On top of that I came back to a washed and vacuumed car. What a treat! Summer Hendrickx did an outstanding job checking in with me during the day. She offered me a choice of two cars to borrow for the day—that was unusual to have two available. Stan Sinclair did an equally great job analyzing my Atlas’s problems and fixing them. I highly recommend University Audi VW.
