I like the fact I have a point of contact with Audi in Tony vs getting passed around to all the other people. I call, text or email him to set something up and he takes care of it. I look at him as my "Audi" rep.

The service area was busy when I arrived, but I was quickly called over. During the check-in Tony answered my questions and provided additional information that I needed for a little auto body repair. He’s super friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the service tech update via video and text.
