What used to be a good company has gone down hill fast. Sad to see. Hope they can get back to the old days.

Fast and friendly

I have bought from Univair for years and never had a problem with packaging or damaged goods. They tend to be pricey, though everybody usually knows that. I consider them a specialty vendor for Cub parts that nobody else makes. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me consistently when I was trying to figure out part numbers. I even toured their facility once. I'd say old plane owners that depend on their parts would be screwed if they didn't exist.

seems like there is no special care for customer. they care just to sell you product and that is about it what you going to get from them.

They set me up with new Cub decals, vinyl instead of water transfer. Dropped by when in town on business trip. Postage avoided.
