Terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone buying anything here. Customer service is horrible. I will go out of my way to make sure I tell anyone to steer clear of this place. I took my sxs in for a simple recall to have the steering wheel replaced and ended up with a disaster. Went to pick it up and they tried to hide the fact that they broke the power steering when replacing the steering wheel. Also the steering wheel is now crooked. When I told them about it they tried to say I brought it in like that. Complete lie, the machine only had about 400 miles on it. Then I noticed the speedometer wasn’t working. Had to bring it back again. They confirmed yes it was not working, oh and they tried to straighten the steering wheel. Epic fail! So now after waiting almost a year to get the sxs, immediate safety recall, now wait almost 6 months for them to order a new gauge cluster that they broke changing the steering wheel. Once again pick it up and low and behold service light is on, steering wheel still crooked and now the odometer shows 0.7 miles when the machine actually has 421 miles when I dropped it off. So if you like getting terrible customer service and the run around, please waste your time and visit United Cycle. I have not heard anything good about this place and I didn’t listen. Now I have a $30000 sxs I don’t feel safe driving.

This place seems like it is never open. Website says it is open to 2pm today… On a Saturday, drove almost an hour to find out they’ve closed and locked the gate, it is 1pm… guess my dad and I will be buying somewhere else. Working folk can’t ever get in, even on Saturday they close up early (Sometimes earlier than posted) Good luck staying in business, let’s face it you sell luxury items.

Was the best experience I have had buying anything with tires. They were friendly, prompt, and helpful. The whole process was quick and painless. Will be doing business here again.

Just before I left for a cycle trip on the Blue Ridge Parkway, I brought my Goldwing in so that they could check it to make sure it was ready for a long trip. They did an overall check, including fluids for a very reasonable price.

Ive been here a few times now and the sales and service teams have been nice but the inventory is a little bit overpriced and they dont seem to want to sell it very badly. Maybe that is the impact of COVID. This place also has very inconsistent hours, it's been closed several times when I tried to stop by even though it was during their posted business hours. I had my SxS serviced here which was handled great but I think I'll buy my next one elsewhere.
