Just had my hair coloured with Chloe and it was a wonderful experience. She listened and talked me through what would work and how it would be done. I have been left with the softest hair that has been lightened beautifully. I will definitely be back.

Abbie & all the girlies @ Unitfour are so welcoming/friendly you feel part of the family. They are i would say more advanced in the way of hairdressing from all other salons. They are unique 100% I can highly recommend this salon.

I have never been to this hairdressers before but had read amazing reviews. I am so happy I went. The staff were very friendly and I felt at ease straight away. Emma did my hair and she really listened to what wanted and also gave amazing advice. My hair looks fantastic.

I was very nervous but they all made me feel very welcome. The staff are lovely and The colour specialist and hairstylist bow was so lovely she helped me decide what colour would look good on me and I came away very very happy and would definitely go back again she made me feel like a new woman lol all in all a great experience x👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Chloe made a wonderful job of cutting my hair. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the cut. I have a graduated bob which isn’t always easy to get right. This was my first visit to the salon and I am delighted with my hair and how professional and friendly everyone was. I’ll be back 😁

My hair was in poor condition, thin, broken in places, I went in to unit four for help. Although I knew what style I was after I was unsure how to achieve it with how bad condition my hair was in. I spoke to Chloe who was amazing. She guided me and was patient to go through each stage of the cut . As we went short , Chloe was amazing I couldn’t thank her enough. My hair looks healthy styled and thicker. Thank you x

I had never previously attempted to attend this establishment for a haircut, having booked an appointment online. Upon my arrival, I was seated and instructed to wait, passing my scheduled time by approximately 15 minutes. Subsequently, the lady with whom I had an appointment approached and informed me that she was unable to perform my haircut and could not cut my hair. She further indicated that if I still wished to have the haircut, I would need to wait an additional 40 minutes. I explicitly stated that I was not willing to wait under these circumstances and requested a refund of my deposit. I was disappointed with the manner in which I was treated. The management team did not even demonstrate the decency to approach me and offer an apology.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your first experience with us did not meet your expectations. To clarify the situation, our online booking system offers two separate haircut options: “Cut & Blowdry” and “Short Hair Cut & Blowdry.” The stylist you booked with is currently training and is not yet qualified to carry out short haircut services independently. For this reason, the “Short Hair Cut & Blowdry” option is intentionally unavailable when booking with her online. When you arrived, your stylist recognised that the haircut requested fell into the short-hair category and, rather than proceeding with a service she was not qualified to perform, she acted responsibly and transparently by explaining the situation. She also offered an alternative with one of our senior stylists, who would have been available after a short wait. When you chose not to wait, your deposit was refunded in full immediately. As Saturdays are our busiest days, a manager is not always available on the salon floor at every moment. However, your stylist handled the situation professionally and within our salon procedures by offering a suitable alternative and arranging the refund straight away. We understand the inconvenience this caused and apologise for the frustration and delay. Our priority is always to ensure clients receive services from appropriately qualified stylists, even when that means being honest about limitations rather than compromising on standards. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in finding a salon experience that better suits your needs.
