Great place if you need make up. Not for me. But I re commend it for all make up wearing people

Waited in line for 15 minutes with only one employee working the register. She preceded to ask for help multiple times with no help from other sale associates to help. After roughly 20 minutes, one sales associate approached the counter to help with a nasty look on her face.

I don’t always have a great time in Ulta, however, this was the single best experience I’ve ever had! Every single employee in the store was extremely kind, and then I found Melanie, who surpassed all expectations and helped me find so many amazing products based on her experience. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend who had really honest and informed opinions! She spent so much time helping me find the right brands and colors for me, I appreciated her help so incredibly much. Brittany was my cashier and was also so sweet and helpful. I just moved to the area, needed to restock on some items, and I already can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for such a great experience!!!

If you have a chance to get a hair cut, styling, and/or coloring with Kate Maleski, she is literally amazing! She has done my hair so many times, and she is the only person I trust with it! She has brought deep color as well as highlights. She does nice layering and is so sweet and welcoming the whole time. You will always feel comfortable in her chair! She takes an interest in your life and is very thoughtful about each customer. I absolutely love the depth of color she has brought into my hair. Each time, she has a talk about what you would like to see and your goals for your hair. She recommends products but does not try to oversell you, just passes on tips that work! She uses tools, pictures, and lots of cross-checking to make sure everyone is happy! I would recommend her 100%! Just don't take my spot!

Pick up order: The girls greeted me with my bags and checked my ID. I was impressed because most places literally hand you the bag. They never really verify if it's you.I do pick up option frequently from other establishments, so I loved this. I thanked both of them because I felt like they weren't just there going through the motions. Kudos to Ulta employees @NortonShores location!
