The team at UBreakiFix was excellent. The repair was made in a timely manner. They contacted me when it was ready and the device is working properly.

I had a cracked screen and had figured I would be getting a new phone. The ATT guy recommended I use my insurance and get it fixed. The Asurion insurance had this place down as a repair place. They were great! I took it in late afternoon and they were backed up so they said it would be the next day before it was fixed. They were true to their word. We got a text on my husband's phone right before their closing time that the phone was done. I was able to pick it up as soon as they opened the next day! Great job, good as new. No more cracked screen and no more dead spots.i was even able to get a screen protector put on.

Went there with a Sim card stuck in an old phone. The employee help me remove it in about 30 seconds. Which was great because another spot wanted to charge me $20 just to look at the issue with no guarantee of fixing issue. Will definitely go back with any other issues.

These guys are great I’ve been here a few times to have work done and they are always very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a great place to go and I always feel comfortable and know that the work will be done well and at very fair price. Good going guys 😁

My screen protector that was put on a couple of months ago started to bubble and come off. It was no longer under warranty. They initially offered to smooth it out. When I got back they had completely replaced it at no charge. This, to me, is the ultimate in customer service. I normally wouldn't give anything 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. In this case there is not. Who could ask for anything more than complete satisfaction? They really stand behind their product and service.
