Absolutely terrible roger is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered charged me over $150.00 more than I was told I was paying and wouldn’t even give me all the equipment I rented instead he charged us a second time for the same equipment he wouldn’t give us and then told me to pick it up another day even after speaking to a manager earlier that day who told me I was able to pick up my reserved equipment anytime after 3. Then he accused us of lying becuase he couldn’t spell the word circle and went on to say if we don’t agree to pick it up another day that he would cancel my who reservation. This place is absolutely ridiculous!

I rate this U Haul #1 over any other U Hauls that I have dealt with. The guy man Chandler who has climbed up to being the new Manager now. He is a very polite smart young man and most certainly knows what he's doing. He had a very amazing young lady that taught him everything she knew. Her name was Kat. Chandler has a bright future a head of him there at U Haul. He treats everyone like friends and family. He offers you the best deals and beats any other competitors by far. He is very dedicated to the U Haul company. There has been many times that he work put in 60 to 80 hours in per week. He's always on time and never calls in sick. He is even available for his crew to call him for any reason time eve. On his days off. I'm very proud of Chandler and how far he has made it with U Haul. He always seems to be busy helping out customers either renting trucks and trailers, filling Propane tanks, renting out storage units, answering the / etc. This U Haul is always clean and neat inside snd ry clean and near. So call today for all your U Haul needs

This is by far the worst uhaul place I have ever been to. The lady that manages it is just the worst. They close the store for a few hours everyday and when asked why they do it they say uhaul demands it. She has yelled at me and people I know to many times to count. Telling people she will call the cops and have you tossed out and never allowed back in any uhaul place. I bought storage units there and waited over a hour and got yelled at that entire hour by her. Simply the worst place to do business.

Absolutely Terrible customer service I pay to park a trailer there because they advertise themselves as being safe and secure. My trailer was hit by one of their delivery drivers. I asked for copy of the video footage to provide to the Florida Highway patrol since this is a hit and run. I was told numerous times "I am working on that it takes time." months later I still don't have a copy of the footage and they tell me they are not going to provide it because its them assisting me and they are going above and beyond. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE USELESS AND THEIR SECURITY SYSTEM IS A JOKE. Kathrine Is the one that has been sitting on this. She seemed perfectly nice

The staff was very helpful and kind. Sent to them by another Uhaul that didn't have my truck size.
