Awesome service. I had a bad service experience from my native tvs showrooms. Then came here and the hospitality of the staffs and work manager was great and they fixed my unsolved issues. They clearly showed and explained the issues. Higher recommended👍🏻
Too bad showroom in Malappuram district, when we taking vehicle they giving support & assistance, then we going to vehicle service too bad, especially water service vehicle not cleaned when service tym vehicle bolts nuts are loosing ,after the service bolts not fitted , wrrrost service in Malappuram .
Today I visited Noble service centre angadippuram.. for periodic service. Today morning , 09.40 am .I drop my Jupiter 125 . My complaint was 👉 self have problem.. 👉Indicator not working.. Afternoon 2 pm I received message that job is done.. we checked the vehicle and asked about self is ok? He said it is ok and no problem found. Later we know that self is still having that problem and it is not checked. Then he went with scooter and after long waiting 2 hrs , he said battery is weak and need to be replaced ( he said no use if charged).... as per job sheet first complaint was self issue...instead of checking it 9r rectifying it , they said job ok and after we checked he made us wait 2 hrs... after this issue it took 4 hrs to get back the vehicle . In this time atleast they should have behaved politely or give us some drink or anything like that... instead hiding their fault that they didn't done there job on time , they were on us. Sales manager said if battery go little down also self won't work.. so he should have checked it before sending us message , that job done. Then He said battery warranty is only 18 months... It is been only 1 year and I months since I took this scooter and in these period many complaints I registered..no use....very pathetic service. I need a solution. I need the battery to be replaced. If you are giving a self motor that won't work if battery got little weak, how often do we need to change battery...
New dealership is good. Old dealer noble tvs service very poor.
