My 2 week old TVS icube is already showing issues. I get error message and long beep before staring and once while riding on full charge the scoter stopped and batt showed 0 voltage. I informed this to to the service centre. They are not able to find the issue till now. I visited the service centre 3 times now in 2 weeks. Another issues is i have noice comming from the front shock. They didnt solve the issues also they said its fine to ride like this. Service ppl are accepting and the issues but not able to solve the issue. Once i found 2 screws laying down on foot board. Very careless workmanship. Now i dont know whom to approch. Maybe i made a big mistake buying TVS icube.

Poor in terms of service. I had always done my TVS Jupiter service from Cochin TVS, either at Vytila or at Edappally. But day by day, month after month the complaints of my vehicle only increased. Even after clearly describing my concerns they won't address our concerns during the service. Recently when I went for the service I had raised concerns over 3 issues that my vehicle was showing. 1) An issue with Coneset, 2) A noise being coming from the lower rear side after the belt and cable replacements done in the previous service and 3) an oil leakage on the air filter which was also mentioned in the previous service and was solved by fixing oil seal. When I took the vehicle back after the service by paying 1700+ as service cost, I understood that neither of the mentioned issues were solved. The only thing they done was oil top up which is necessary for the vehicle and front brake pad replacement which I never asked for. Same is the case with Vytila showroom, these guys never addressed my concerns.

I really appreciate Mr. Manoj, their sales executive has done an excellent job in maintaining good customer dealing. Now I'm riding a Ronin and got a great experience. Thanks Manoj for your suggestion. Thank you team TVS

My experiences with Cochin TVS service center while servicing my Ntorq scooter have left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite visiting them five times for maintenance, it's disheartening to note that the issues I've consistently reported have not been addressed satisfactorily. Each time, I provided clear descriptions of the problems I was facing, only to find that the service team seemed to disregard my concerns and prioritize their own approach. What's even more concerning is the apparent lack of meticulousness in their diagnostics process. It's disheartening when a service center fails to thoroughly examine and resolve the reported issues. I've encountered instances where I had to repeat the same complaint multiple times, yet it was not given proper attention. This negligence has left me frustrated, as I expected my vehicle to be in better condition after each visit. Unfortunately, my interactions with Cochin TVS have given me a sense of inconsistent service quality and a feeling of being unheard as a customer.

I have purchased TVS ntorq 125 Super-squad Edition from Cochin Tvs. Even though the renovation works are progressing they have managed to provide excellent customer service Especially the sales executive Mr.Pawin is very good attitude and politely talking. 👍👍👍.Thanks team TVS
