Absolutely stellar service from Tumble Dry! They confirmed my laundry pickup and then, surprise, no one showed up. When I called to find out why, they hit me with the 'It's Pongal, we're closed' line. Fantastic! Despite double-checking with their agent beforehand, turns out holidays are the perfect time for them to disappear. If you enjoy being stood up and given last-minute excuses, Tumble Dry is your dream come true. Wish I could give zero stars.
Giving 1 star is also waste for this store. I have given 8 clothes of mine for wash & iron but they returned 7 clothes after 1 week that too after several followup. When I asked about my missing pant, their response is "usually it gets mixed with others and once they give it back, we will return". Even after 20 days, they have not returned my missing pant. Zero accountability & Zero Timesense. Local washermen shows more accountability and deliver timely.
It's a fast & clean service for wash & fold! Costs:75 INR/Kg, there's an additional charge for quick delivery.
Recently I faced worst service from tumbledry.. At the time of pickup the delivery I noticed that the shirt was so dirty how I give, after informed they replied that it was go in dry cleaning only. And their response also so bad. Please confirm before give the clothes 👗👚👖.
Fantastic service - both the customer service and the laundry service. They came to pick up the laundry and dropped them promptly after cleaning. All along he gave me the ETA at evey juncture. I asked for expedited service because of the immediate requirement of the clothes and they delivered. The cleaning was great, the clothes had pleasant aroma after the wash and the stains were removed. All in all, I recommend them strongly! Thank you for taking care of us!
