Chris, Loren, and John are by far the most professional and honest mechanics I have ever taken my car to. They went above and beyond to make sure our car was safe to be on the road until we were able to get it in again! I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone for your car repair needs.
Tuffy took incredible care of us! Highly recommend! We got a flat on Christmas Eve, pulled into Tuffy for a patch to get us through the Holiday weekend, and they got us fixed and back on the road super quickly! Thank you, Tuffy!
We were lucky enough to choose this tire shop when our tire popped on Christmas Eve, John the store manager greeted us and got our car back almost immediately. The customer service was fantastic and the service was exemplary. Not often auto places go over and beyond. Great experience of a bad situation.
The team at Tuffy in Bay City Michigan are amazing. Loren was very professional and friendly with a handsome smile 🙂. Him & Chris had my car fixed and I was back on the road with-out any delays. I feel they were very honest with me. We took our Traverse to the car dealer where we bought it. We had a tinny rattle. I felt like it was a heat shield or something loose. The dealer said we needed some new exhaust pieces and it would be $500. It didn't sound right to me, so I took it to Tuffy in Bay City. Asst. manager John jacked it up and found a heat shield bent and touching the compressor lines. It took him about five minutes total to fix it. No charge.
