Nicholas was outstanding. With several delays in construction due to family issues. Then unfortunately we cancelled the project in the end he was still timely and professional through the whole process. Would highly recommend this service again and again.

Nicholas was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure my mistake on ordering was resolved. I can't say enough about how professional the Tough Shed company and Nicholas have been from ordering, delivery,. and customer support well after the fact. In a time where customer support seems to be decreasing, it is a refreshing change to see a company doing it the right way.

Nicholas was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. He kept us fully informed of developments and was always prompt in returning our telephone calls and emails. The installation crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job of erecting the storage shed. At the end, they cleaned up and answered any questions we had. All in all, I highly recommend them all.
