I don’t normally do this, but I think it’s important to highlight and warn people about the unauthorized credit inquiries this place runs for the sake of making a sale. I’m extremely disappointed. I came in with the intention of exploring options, not making a purchase, and I made it very clear that I did not authorize any hard credit inquiries. I understand they’re trying to make a sale but I was assured that no hard inquiries will be run and that it wouldn’t happen without me knowing. I even had a great experience with the salesperson, who let the manager know my request. Despite that, while I was out on a test drive, MULTIPLE hard inquiries were run on my credit without my consent. I was misled into thinking it was only a soft pull. Now I’m left dealing with unnecessary damage to my credit, and I have to go through the hassle of contacting them to get these removed but they won’t even respond to my emails. This kind of behavior is not okay and after reading other reviews, it looks like this is an ongoing issue at this dealership.

Charles Chester went above and beyond on helping me and even with my credit was able to put me in a car. This man even got insurance for me as well and also met me after hours, he also put me in a rental and just all around great guy. This dealership should and is very proud that he is a part of this company and does amazing work. Thank you Charles

I had the pleasure of working with Coop. He was very nice and wanted to know what my needs were. He didn't try to sale me something that was out of the price range that I was looking for. I respect that. I also told him cars that I had no interest in at all and he stayed away from those. He even picked the car up from my job to take it for a wash. Thanks so much for being attentive and listening to my needs.

GMT is a rip off.. I bought a Ford F150 from the Lindbergh location an 3days after I bought it the truck had to go to the shop because of check engine light came on the had it for 3days wanted me to lie to the loan company an say we had it so they can get the $ for the deal.after I got the truck out I washed it an MUD starting coming out the bottom of it so I had it checked an the truck was in a flood I told them they said it wasn’t I have been trying to get them to take it back but the say Carfax doesn’t show it was in one but ppl sale cars under the radar all the time . Took it to Ford dealer they said take it back it’s been in a flood CarX said the same but Primer Auto GMT’s fixers said it hasn’t so I’m forced to get a lawyer there selling trucks from Texas in Missouri that have been in Flood don’t buy from them Rude wolf of wall street type of place both Bryan.
