My sister was falsely accused of hitting someone and got no real answer or help from Hr, along with broken toys, kids running around in there poop all day and no real bcba to help !!

I will be taking legal action against this company and this center specifically!!! DO NOT send your kids here the technicians do not even watch your child their on the phone 9/10 scrolling on TikTok and planning their next vacation. Super unprofessional if you want your child to GROW And advance please. Use another aba company. It is a a reason why they are always hiring and roll over rates for the kids are so low !!!

I am an occupational therapist who sees kiddos at this ABA center for years and I have had the best experiences with all of the therapists! Everyone at the front desk is so accommodating and welcoming! The therapists are so enthusiastic and collaborative, and they make the sessions so fun/functional! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing ABA services!

Training Wheels ABA is truly one-of-a-kind! The team is absolutely amazing, from the incredible leadership and seamless communication from the BCBAs and OMs to the dedicated and compassionate therapists. Every member of this team goes above and beyond to make sure our children receive the best care and support possible. We are so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community!

The leadership at this clinic is always willing to go above and beyond for their staff and for their clients. This is also such a fun place! They have theme days and different activities for the kids every week! :) I’m very impressed with this team as a whole!

So disappointed in this place. Our son was denied benefits through insurance. They did an appeal. We lost. They ghosted us. I guess there is a reason why most aba centers only go to age 9.

Just started but the first couple of weeks have been great. The staff are all friendly and communicative. The management is very active with the staff and kids and the overall experience has been positive.

Lack of communication. We’ve been waiting since January and haven’t gotten anywhere. We’ve taken two tours already and ms. Green told me she would call again because she forgot about this second tour. Haven’t heard from them since. Looks like they have a disorganized schedule/system.

Training Wheels Pflugerville provides quality ABA services. The staff is so very caring and devoted to serve our kids in the community!
