Worst company showroom experience.. pathetic sales incharge..poor customer service and response to customer.. pls don't buy from this outlet.. poor after sales service

Good place to buy cycles, Here have lot of models, branded cycle like bsa,hercules,montra,roadeo,mach city, price also right .recommend to purchase here.

Very bad experience... Worst ever outlet.. They change the orginal spare parts of cycle with duplicate one while given to service.. Service is not proper.. Manager yells at the customer while unsatisfactory service humiliates the customer.. Do not buy cycles from here!! If u want to make your better cycle worst then hand over your cycle to them, they are too good at it .

The cycles are really amazing as per BSA company standards but the manager Mr. Dhikaram who works there will definitely spoil BSA name. He has zero customer relations skills and with the way he treats customers will definitely affect POS sales. We went there to buy a small cycle for my brother son aged 8 with a minimum budget of 6k and we could have bought till 10k but your employee humiliated us so badly. His attitude is really bad and if he continues the company will lose a lot of customers. He either needs training or termination. Customers are God so don't let your employee treat them differently.
