My service advisor was Lisa and she was great. She let me know what was going on with frequent updates. She also went over the services that were recommended and because the price was so high, she was able to apply a few discounts and told me which services could be postponed until later. Her advice was greatly appreciated. They also washed my car for me too! I love coming to Towne Toyota to service my car. They're so kind, helpful and awesome.

I had a battery and headlight bulbs replaced. The work was finished in an hour, and the prices were very reasonable. Nicholas kept us informed throughout the process. He was professional yet friendly. I would recommend this shop.
