I am always nervous to go to the dentist. Dr. Crews is an amazing dentist who understands nervousness and keeps you at ease. Amazing dentist, fantastic staff!

I’ve been coming to Town Square Dental for over 3 years. I can’t say enough about Dr. Crews and her staff. Dr. Crews is so gentle and patient. I came to her with a problem from another dentist and she fixed me up. She has helped me out so much. She has updated equipment and she never wants her patients in any pain. The staff is very caring and gentle also. I sent a friend to Dr. Crews a year ago. She was afraid of dentists and was in a lot of pain. She told me the next day she had never been treated so good. That friend still goes to her for her cleanings and any problems. They held her hand and was so caring. That is what you will receive when you go to Dr. Crews.

*** DO NOT GO HERE *** *** LACKS PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY *** I have never written a negative review for anything until now. I write this only because I would have sincerely appreciated knowing this information before choosing this dental office for my husband. My husband had a truly terrible experience here. He was given an amalgam filling without notice. Anyone who has done any research on amalgam knows that it is considered highly toxic by informed professionals. Many people spend thousands of dollars having these fillings safely removed. To have amalgam administered without notice is extremely irresponsible on the practitioner’s part. I called the dental office and asked to speak to the dentist to get an explanation. I was told she (Cindy Crews) would call back, and never did. At a subsequent cleaning (today), my husband asked some questions. The staff was defensive, dismissive and rude. Dr. Cindy Crews ended their conversation by rolling her eyes and walking out of the room. She had informed my husband that I could call any time to speak with her. When I attempted to call and speak with her, the receptionist said she would set it up. Shortly after, the receptionist called back and was very rude, informing me that Dr. Crews had already spent 20 minutes talking to my husband during his appointment and if I wanted to speak with her I would need to pay for an appointment, (not covered by insurance). During the conversation that my husband had with Dr. Crews, he explained that he was not given a choice with the amalgam filling. She denied this claim saying she had given him a choice (which she hadn't) and that "it was not her fault that he didn't know any better". There is a severe lack of integrity going on here. PLEASE DO NOT trust your dental health with this office.

My favorite hygienist is Melissa and I’ve been going to her for years! She’s knowledgeable, likes to educate, and is very gentle. Today she was unavailable and I had another hygienist named Angela who is equally as great! She has a fun personality and a gentle touch.

Has a great family feel! Left a franchise type dentist for this location that feels more personal.
