Our experience with TFO has been nothing short of extraordinary on all levels. Jason Catalano was my allocated Project Manager and from the start with materials, build program, handover, post work, liaison with my landlord and design teams; Jason's communication and customer service has been top notch. TFO's build / workmanship is at a high standard and can be recognized the process. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jason from Total Fitouts has engaged us a number of times now to scan for services and PT cables. Working with Total Fitouts Surry Hills has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. The service levels, attention to detail and overall enjoyment factor of working side-by-side with a trustworthy company and group of people throughout multiple projects is just one of a few reasons I continue to rely on them to quote and undertake our projects.

I called then to chat because we only have a small budget ($25,000) to refurb our shop. It's only a 62m2 shop and we really only needed new shelves and some additional lighting. I was told the design part would be $5,000 and was a little hesitant, as that's quite a bit of money for us. I was assured that the plans that would be drawn would be done to budget so I went ahead. Well the designer was great and the plans were great, unfortunately- once the plans were submitted the final quote sent to us was $75,000- not even close to budget. I was told the tiling, feature wall, custom joinery etc etc is what brought the price up but I didn't ask for any of that and was happy to remove it. I was told I would not be able to have the work done with my budget. Would've been nice to be told that a month ago and before I paid $5,500 for useless designs that are out of my budget. Our shop has been closed a month and we're down $5,500 and back to square one. All I was given was a link to a shelving company that "might be able to help me". Unimpressed. If you have a big budget I'm sure they're great.
