Had a appointment Friday 12/18/2023, He may not be everyone's cup of Tea but he was ours, He is straight forward, rather its something you want to hear or not, which for me is great, My first impression of Dr Perry was " i like him" Genuinely he was very involved in his office as well as very attentive to my grandsons needs. He elaborated on each topic that was brought up, he even went the extra mile to check on different milks WIC would cover for my grandson who has allergies to cows milk. I recommend Dr. Perry ,Thank you Front desk was equally great Thanks to you as well

So I don’t even know where to start from cause of shock so I’ve known Dr perry as my daughter’s pediatrician for 2years and I don’t let no one see my kids except him even when one of my daughter went back home to Africa I didn’t let No pediatrician see her except Dr perry!!I never for once missed my appointments or be late!! So this morning I had a 2:00pm with him for my other 6months wellness so I called in at 10 to let him know that I had an emergency if we can reschedule it to the next day or date available his new assistant Ericka picked up and said they’ll be a $25 dollar fee!!! Am like wait what is that something new?? Cause I’ve been coming to Dr perry and never heard of that!! Then he came on the line rudely and aggressively saying yes I have to pay the $25 dollars!!and am like but Dr perry I never canceled the appointment I said I had a sudden emergency and I would like to still come the next day I don’t think it’s fair to charge me after me being loyal to your practice..then he yelled and said his been making exceptions by letting me come in when I still owed $500 and some am like wait hold up where is this coming from cause as far as I know I clearly have a great insurance and I always pay my co payments when I do come and that was never brought up to my attention like am confused…. So my thing is his soo unprofessional and greatly rude with no bedside manner!! He could have handled this whole thing differently and in a nicer manner he could have just booked me for the next available date and once I arrive we could have sought it out whatever balance that is remaining I could have taken care of it cause I don’t owe baby!!! And which practice do not tell you how much you owe in there system until there’s an misunderstandings?? Am highly disappointed Dr Perry!!! And one more thing that I have to remind you and doctors like you!! You are not doing us a favor by seeing y’all it’s not a free service we put food on y’all tables and let y’all pay y’all bills without us clients y’all won’t have that luxury so we deserve some respect and a great bedside manner!! At the end of the day we are the ones paying the insurance to pay y’all and still have to pay out of pocket only here in Georgia!!! SAD!!!

I will leave a review on here after every appointment. Dr. Perry is the most amazing pediatrician I’ve EVER had. Both of my kinds go to him (8 years and 9months). The tender love and care he has for these kids is unmatched. He addresses (and fixes) every concern you have as a parent. The whole process is smooth from check in to making follow ups. I wish there weee more people in the world like him. He’s amazing.

We were very lucky to find Dr. Perry! He makes it a priority to give the best care, always available and most of all very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician. You won’t regret it. You’ll immediately feel like your child is in great hands.

Y'all. Do not listen to these negative reviews. I'm actually really disappointed reading them. Dr. Perry is doing a fantastic job and he was great with our two year old son. There was absolutely no unprofessionalism and absolutely no rudeness. This was our first experience with a male doctor, we were let in and Dr. Perry was short staffed but handled IT ALL flawlessly, he even explained consent to our son while he was examining him. Our son got one shot and did not cry one tear. Dr. Perry got us the visit and form we needed. Our son loved him and felt very comfortable the entire time. We will be back.
