Amazing work, great quality service, excellent customer service! My expectations were reached and I will be coming here again.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The employees showed a lack of concern for my vehicle, handling the tires roughly to the extent of damaging a sticker on my rim. Additionally, they failed to reset the seats to their original position and even tore the mat in my car. I won't be using their services again.

The cleaning it's good, but they don't close at 7 they close at six.....I was there before 6 and they didn't wanted to wash my car.....So please be more specific with the time.

I wish I could give 0 stars I've been coming here for over a year. Today, after waiting over 20 minutes in line, the driver (apparently he's the owner's nephew) in the car ahead of me wanted his girlfriend, who was in another vehicle, to skip me and get her car washed ( I guess she's to good to wait in line) I asked the shop manager who Im familiar with if that is fare and is he just going to let her skip the line at that point there's about 4-5 cars behind me that have also been waiting. At that point, he said, “he's the owner's nephew, and there's nothing I can do.” I told him if the guy had just asked me politely, I would have said yes, but the fact that he demanded I give up my spot after waiting just because he's the owner's nephew is downright unprofessional. And his last words to me before I left were, “ I do not need to say it nicely; I'm the owner.” There are plenty of places in the area that offer hand washes at reasonable prices, and they do great work. I'm never coming back here. The lack of respect for frequent customers is appalling and just disrespectful. Spend your money with people who respect the average customer.

Got my car washed there last Sunday and when the guy put the armor oil on the tires it splattered all over the rubber parts of my toyota rav4 creating stains. I went today to speak with the Mexican manager who was very rude. Told me it must have been when the guy put the armor oil on the tires and that i would have to pay to wash my car again to remove the stains. Yes, pay again $32 to remove stains they did. When i told him i wont be returning, his response was, its ok, we will get four new customers. What a way to treat a long time customer. Will be filing a complaint with the department of consumer affairs.

I love this place but this time make me very disappointed 5guys washing my car and no car waiting but the result very bad
