The office and the maintenance team are wonderful!

10/10 the greatest place I have ever been. The staff are so respectful and kind. I have never had a problem with anyone here. The building is always clean and organized. Its in such a great area! I cannot recommend it here enough. The shared areas of the building are always clean. Please become a part of our wonderful community!

We went to see Tomoka Pointe Apartments and had the most pleasant experience. Angelina the leasing agent could not have been better showing us everything and explaining all the options. She took her time showing us all around the complex. I cannot wait to move in. It is a must see. Clean, with lots of amenities and updated. Thank you for all your time and kindness to us Angelina! I've lived in several apartments but I've never had such a great experience with the staff as I have had at Tomoka Pointe. Angelina has been amazing! Great communication and has made the entire process easy. 10/10 would recommend. We appreciate you Angelina!

I have lived in this apartment for a year now. The management hasn’t been great when I was first here. However, the new management has been amazing and you can definitely feel that they are working very hard to change the atmosphere. Angelina has been really helpful with renewing the lease and dealing with loud neighbors. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tomoka Town Center as your new home.

I lived at Tomoka Pointe for just over two years and have some thoughts to share. The apartments themselves are pretty well-located, close to food, shopping, gas, groceries, and a hospital. The area is growing! Lincoln Properties owned the complex for the first year and I found them to be pretty unprofessional and they didn’t seem to care for the complex. I had a home invasion shortly after moving in that had me hiding in the bathroom, and I found that the management handled it horribly. They didn’t care at all, nor did they try to review any security camera footage, I suspect because the cameras and gates were already broken. I had to install a second lock and a security system. The complex was then bought by Waypoint Management and I thought that they seemed to care for the complex quite a bit more. Maintenance seemed to be pretty responsive and they actually tried to fix the gates, which still don’t work. Angelina was great in helping me manage a month-to-month lease and I thought she was very friendly and professional. I think the units themselves are some of the best in the area. They are new, comfortable, and quiet enough. Some nights, the parking really fills up, and there are a lot of trailers. There are a lot of really disrespectful neighbors with large dogs, like huskies, which are not allowed. Some of the neighbors blast music on their patio at any hour of the day. There were more than a few domestic abuse incidents and I myself had to call the police several times. Neighbors were definitely a problem. A lot of units seem to leave all their furniture by the dumpsters when they move out. The gym is well-appointed, and the pool is very nice! In general, I would recommend Tomoka Pointe. As far as Apartments in Daytona Beach come, I think they’re some of the best. Despite a few negatives, I think you really can’t do much better. I would probably have re-signed my lease if the market had not priced me out.
