⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely delicious shawarma! We ordered four different items, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and really tasty. The place was very clean, the service was fast, and the staff did a great job. I especially liked the order-status screen that shows exactly how many minutes are left until your food is ready. Such a simple but awesome idea — you don’t even see something like this in many big stores or restaurants! They also have a great selection of delicious sweets and desserts. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Very satisfied and definitely recommend this place. We’ll be coming back!

I placed an order at 8:10 and called at 8:50 to ask why it was taking so long; I was told that the order had already been sent out. However, when I checked the app, there was nothing there—the courier had simply left because the order wasn't ready. Your employee lied to me by claiming the order had been dispatched!
