Tint Mart

I did some research and chose to go to tint mart morayfield. They did a great job on my 2022 Corolla. With all this wet weather some air bubbles took a little longer to dry out completely so I brought it back in and they fixed it up for me with no issues. Thank you Andrew and the team at TintMart

Avoid this place if you want what you pay for. A good tint job, the correct %, non fading, and want it to last or stay in good condition for more than 5 Years. Got my new ute tint in 2014 immediately after buying. The new laws came in regarding rear tint being allowed 20%. I paid for 20% all around and have recently been told by a tint specialist who did my sons car that it's measuring at 35%. The fact i still have the original factory tint beneath it means it should be nowhere near this light. And it should not fade to that degree if at all, when i paid for a quality tint, which it should have been. No warranty or receipt provided as was supposedly classified as too dark yet currently measures at 35%. Upon picking the car up it had to be redone due to more than 10 bubbles in 1 window. Each year, more and more dust bubbles have appeared with over 30 in 1 window alone. There should be no more than 3 to 5 bubbles or dust specks per window if done correctly and well. The original application was dodgy as they did not shave the tint on an angle at the top, instead it lays over the top edge of the window which resulted in gradual and contintuous pealing from the top edges (currently 1cm width along 3/4 of window edge). I had to shave the peeled edge off as it was catching and getting worse. However, it continues to peel. I called the owner at the time of getting my sons car done to get a price and ask about fixing my tint. He was rather rude and dismissive and didnt really want to know about it, kind of fobbed me off. I would have expected a bit more understanding, politeness and help considering his former background in the force. Especially being a return customer that had used the same business to tint a prior car at Strathpine. Sadly, I guess repeated business is not a big concern for these guys. Considering its faulty workmanship, it should be fixed. Needless to say i got my son's tint done elsewhere and was provided a lifetime warranty, with receipt. So basically they did not provide the customer with the service they paid for, lied, and refused a receipt. Well, if it was a legal tint they should have provided a receipt and warranty. Maybe they were just taking advantage of a young women at the time. DONT WASTE MONEY FOR YOUR INVESTMENT BY USING THIS BUSINESS!

Spoke with Tint Mart on 7th April & booked in for a job at home, confirmed price & ETA for day booked 19th April. The time of booking came & went, thinking they must be busy, I left it an hour after scheduled appointment time to call & follow up, only to be told they have no idea of my booking. No offer of apology no offer of another appointment. Extremely disappointed in this business as I have previously referred many people to use them.

I contacted Tint Mart and spoke to Jacob and he was very pleasant and helpful so I booked my car in to get the windows tinted. When I arrived he was expecting me and an hour and a half later it was finished. Time will tell how it will perform but I am confident, especially given the warranty provided.

Andrew and the team provided excellent service and a flawless result on tinting my new vehicle. Quick and professional, would not go anywhere else.
