Really helpful and very friendly service

Nice and spacious, however, some of the machines do not work. There was a guy that worked there on a weekday and he was great. Excellent customer service and friendly. The prices are a little dear to play, but I guess it may be in line with price rises in general.

My child was part of a party on Sunday. The Asian lady who taken care of them was very helpful! Wore a mask and a blue lanyard. Showed them what games they can play and served food very quickly!

Thank you so much for helping me with my daughter’s 10th birthday party. My daughter and her friends had a great time!! I want to thank all the team but mostly importantly I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Andrew for being polite, professional and very helpful to run the party seamlessly. What a terrible experience. First off, take a look at this photo. Must be some staff’s idea of a joke. They stuffed the cabinet so tightly that the claw had no way to grab on to anything. I watched several kids try it only to walk away completely deflated. Then my daughter was playing on a machine which didn’t work, so I asked one of the attendants for help and told him there’s a machine over here (points) that’s not working. Of course, I didn’t know the name, but I was about to lead him there. His reply, in a snarky tone: “Which machine are you talking about? There are many in that direction.” And people wonder why arcades started to die out.

Fantastic and fun place with wonderful staff. I attended a kids party here yesterday and its was really great. The best thing about it was the staff. There were two guys called Andrew and Kenneth looking after our party and they were attentive, caring and fun. They looked after one child who was unwell and said they like working there to ensure the kids have a wonderful time if they choose a Timezone party. The games and facilities were great too. It was so good I wanted to drop my kids home and go there to play the games myself 😀
